truck was packed diagonally (a landslide).
full length mirrors were placed horizontally with bicycles placed on top, also horizontally!!
i had to hire people to help me unload most of the 26ft van and reload properly. i had to throw away several broken items and repair bikes.
heavy duty ratchet straps and moving blankets were purchased but not used, however THEY tied (sprinkled) neon twine throughout the vehicle.
many items were broken.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

They were 15 minutes early to the original estimated arrival time. The 3 men all jumped in and went to work for 3 solid hours. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. Nice job.

I would absolutely recommend this team for anyone's move! They were polite, professional and did a great job unloading the truck. None of our belongings were damaged. On a sweltering day, they did their jobs with smiles and friendliness. And a shout out to the ladies on the phones...their customer service is excellent as well very reassuring and had no problem helping with a late night, last minute request!

From the time of booking through packing Lawrence & Family movers were professional and considerate. The packing team arrived a little early and immediately went to work. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my property and worked steadily getting everything loaded within the time I had paid for. I would recommend them.

The crew did what matters. They arrived, unpacked the truck in a timely fashion, and took care of our stuff. They were friendly and accommodating as we asked for items to be carried to their correct parts of the house. When we were running close to our scheduled time, they worked quickly to meet the time. I would hire them again for sure!

They were on time and friendly, but I would not recommend. Hired 4 movers and they sent three men and a 15year old. They were unorganized and wasted so much space in the containers. I ended up unpacking half of one container to reorganize.

Nelson, Brian and Alex did a wonderful job both loading and unloading our household goods. They were careful, efficient, and very friendly and did a great job packing the truck. We would be very happy to use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We like to give an Eta once its known, you can expect communication on arrival and job progress. On time arrival, courteous and respectful movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All we ask from our customers is guidance! Of course we would like everything packed and ready but that's not always the case, So if you can just let us know where everything goes, any pre-cautions, or requests we will take care of the rest! (We don't mind helping to finish up some packing here and there.)
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done long distance and local moves, packing customer belongings, cleaning up after the move. We have move Pods, Pakrats, ABF trailers, u-hauls/upacks. We also move heavy/bulk items such as pianos, gun-safes, and pooltables,etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have moved literally every year growing up, and I can't tell you how much movers would have made a difference! We love to help take the stress and strain off our customers during this difficult, yet exciting time.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
