The movers arrive on time and immediately started to unload 2 UBoxes into the moving truck. They very carefully packed the furniture with blankets and tape. We hired a team of 4 workers to not only move us from our apartment to our home, but to also unload our POD that was delivered from the storage facility. Not only did they call ahead of time to confirm their arrival, but they arrived on time and came ready to work. They came in, rolled out the floor protectors and started moving all the items out of the apartment. Once at our home they again rolled out the floor protectors and unloaded both the moving truck and the POD without any delay. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. They were suppose to show up in between 8am and 9am. They showed up ten minutes late (9:10am).
When showing them what has to be moved they stated that this is going to be at least a 6-8 hour job and questioned me if I still wanted to hire them. (When scheduling they recommended a three person crew for three hours). They finished the job in three hours.
Other than them showing up ten minutes late and trying to get paid for extra hours, they did a fantastic job with moving my stuff.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us they can expect a confirmation phone call to answer any questions and confirm all the information for the reservation.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a phone call 30 minutes before movers arrival. Once the movers arrive they will start by protecting your home. (doors, floors, stairs,etc..) They will start loading the boxes to clear the way and also protect your furniture with quilted moving blankets and loading them in the truck. The process is very similar at the destination.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for the move, customers should have a reserved parking space for the moving truck, have the boxes packed, taped and labeled. Have a plan to where the furniture is going at the destination home. This will make it easier for movers to know where things are going and minimize the stress at the unload.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have over 10 years in the business and we have done various types of jobs. Local moves, long distance moves, office moves, commercial moves and small deliveries.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is working together with my team to provide the customers with the best and stress-free moving experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
The crew members get training in the following areas during weekly meetings. -Just to name a few- Packing boxes, Padding furniture, lifting and carrying furniture, loading/packing the truck, home protection, safety and many more.
