Ted & his team showed up 5 minutes before their scheduled 1 hr arrival window. They immediately assessed the belongings that needed to be stored in the POD. Many items were fragile and he took extra care to make sure they were loaded securely. All of the personal effects were in the garage and by the time he packed everything there was still 6' of space left. He suggested to take the extra time remaining in the 2 hr window and pull boxes from inside the home and pack in the POD. Ted was well equipped with moving equipment so as not to damage the floors inside the home. He definitely went above and beyond of what was needed and for that we will be looking to utilize his services again when all of the boxes have to be moved into the new home. Class act and professional from start to finish.
