The owner Ryan subcontracted the job to 2 gentleman which I was not aware of till they arrived here. The day prior he explained to be that they work for him sometimes, he never used the word subcontractors if I knew that they were I would have insisted that he did the moving job or would have requested a cancellation. The subcontractors were nice but they were not up to par to a moving company who performs frequent moves. They didn't communicate well with another. Only of the gentleman communicate nicely to me the other one was rude. They didn't put all my furniture where it should go, I had to lift to move furniture to place it into location of where Id like it and they watched me do it and did not help. They spent too much time on putting my bed together at in the end count put it together because " we don't usually put together items like this and don't have the right equipment for it" and because of this issue they charged me an extra half hour. Ryan, the owner had to come back to fix the bed but a screw was missing he promised to come back and fix it but never did. I would NOT hire them ever again.

They got the job done quickly and efficiently while taking good care of all of our belongings. They asked where everything should be placed which was a huge help.
