I cannot say enough good things about Fast Movers! My boyfriend and I used them to help load our boxes and furniture from our 8th floor apartment to a moving truck. Stephen and Zach arrived 15 minutes into the time frame we were given and didn't waste any time being proactive. They came prepared with their own convertible hand truck, quickly made an assessment, and started moving boxes.
They were awesome at efficiently packing the truck and handling all of our items with care. We had initially only booked them for 2 hours, but they were happy and graciously willing to extend their reservation to help us complete packing. Had we not moved out of the Hartford area, I would not hesitate to use them again! They were great guys that were beyond professional, and did the impossible task of making moving seem easy.

Mine was a small job on short notice, arranged by me 900 miles away. Hire a Helper was the 3rd place I called - the other two had answering machines and had not responded after 4 hours. The confidence that the web application would work as advertised was rewarded when Fast Movers called Sunday morning for a Monday job. The crew showed up on time and saved me a bunch of money, thanks to professional packing in one cube (I had reserved two). Everything was well packed and no damage was observed.
I appreciate Fast Mover's professionalism and would use them again. Hire a Helper has a good agent in western MA.
