They did a great job with the move- were very fast and efficient.
However, we did ask them to wear masks and they refused. They said that since they will be breathing heavily that it will be a health hazard. I pointed out that our movers in WI wore them, that we wear them when exerting ourselves at the gym, and felt since they were coming into our new home and "breathing heavily" on our stuff, we should be able to request this. We were told that if we wanted our truck unloaded that they would not be wearing masks, but will try to keep their distance from us. If you do not care about masks being worn, these guys are fantastic movers and very fast! If it is important that people honor your request when being inside of your home, I would look elsewhere.

We're a local non-profit that has used Fast Movers in previous years for our fall fundraising walks and this time around we called upon them to help us with an office closure/move. When I learned we would need someone, I didn't hesitate to book Fast Movers. Ryan and his team are always on time, always friendly, always efficient and always professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them whether you need them for a business or a personal move.

The crew arrived on time, they bring in hand tracks and other moving gears and start to work right the way.
At beginning, we explain to them that all our boxes are labelled with size and weight, tell them to load heavy stuff on bottom and light stuff on top, also point out few delicate items need special care. Then let them work on their own. They handle the packages careful enough and work efficiently. Ryan (the leader) is quite experience in loading/packing the trailer. He packed the trailer tight and efficiently. We reserve 13 feet trailer space and thinking may need up to 15 feet for all of our belongings. It was 12 feet at the end. This saves us money since U-pack charges you by the linear feet.
The only thing is they should tight some ropes during loading for each few layers. At our case, the top boxes in the inner layer do not have ropes to hold them, although they are tight horizontally, it may fall during transit. We tried to add some ropes afterward, but hard to do so due to all stuff on the out layers. We did place some padding materials to secure them.
Overall, they are real helpful and have done a great job. We are happy that our shipment traveled 3000 miles without any major damage. Thanks to Ryan and his team.
