Wish I could give 0 or negative stars. Don’t EVER go with this moving company. They’re liars. They never showed up at the original time and canceled after we had to call them directly and painstakingly reschedule. They made discount promises (and never honored them because they decided canceling was “easier”. They basically up-ended our entire move. Their competitors are far more superior and polite. Adriano scoffed at us when he heard we wanted a discount. What a nightmare. We’re absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated.

The previous work order took little more time. Once they got there, they did a good job. But felt they were still little green...... as in, not put small boxes to help put everything tight. I felt one didn't really care towards others peoples property.

Adriano and Manuel were on time, communicated clearly, were incredibly professional, respected my property, were reassuring when answering my questions, were prepared and worked incredibly hard!
They arrived and after a polite hello, started moving boxes...boom, just like that! No small talk, just focused on their work, and they nevervstopped for the 3 hours except to drink some water. They knew exactly how to pack, what goes first, how to make use of all the space in the moving truck.

The guys were helpful, did their job carefully. However the move ended up quite costly and using hirehelper.com is not cost effective if you move from one area to another and having to pay 140 per hour when guys are driving their car on freeway to help unloading on the on the other end. They were not allowed to drive the uhaul so we did and ended up paying around 1200 total and our move was only partial. With service fee and extra fee for flight of stairs, the initial fee also turns out rather high.

They showed up 2.5 hours late. I booked 2 helpers for 5 hours expecting that they would pack out and load into a pod a one bedroom apartment. All they accomplished was loading the pod and not very well. I asked them to wrap all my furniture with moving pads which they did not unless I reminded them several times. Two young lazy kids is what I got.
