When they showed up they smelled like marijuana. They walked the house and got right to work. I knew I didn’t have a lot of room in the storage shed. I had suggested putting things underneath furniture. And they didn’t take my suggestions and we had a lot of stuff that we could not fit in the storage shed. They were nice. They had me go out and buy extra tape and extra shrink wrap because they ran out. I just wish they would’ve done a better job at packing the storage unit better so we could’ve gotten more items in there. They were very nice and polite. The first company I hired made sure they fully used all available space in the shed and packed it from top to bottom so I could fit a lot more stuff in there.

Though on time and worked hard, very nice gentleman and they were careful with our items as much as they could be, they were not willing to help with getting a difficult item deconstructed in order to get it up the stairs "that's not something we do." I perhaps am spoiled in expecting a little assistance with this kind of thing when packing/unpacking with a paid service. One of our workers unfortunately was nursing an injury from previous and struggled to contribute as much as his partner, so myself and especially my family member had to contribute a lot in order to get the stuff moved out of the truck. While we deconstructed the item and moved it into the upper floor of the house, they excused themselves to take a prolonged break - i suspect they were caring for our unfortunate friends injury, the poor man. They were here on property for two hours on the dot and charged me for three hours of work. I really wish I could give them a better review they were kind and approachable fellows, but the service overall was a struggle.

Jordan, Dee & Jay were incredible. They had 4 hours to move and completed our whole house in 2 1/2 hours and packaged everything safely and efficiently into the 2-16 foot pods that we had. Could not of had a better experience than we did.!!!!
