They were supposed to come between 5 and 6pm but didn't get here until 7pm. Complete derilics. I never worked with such unprofessional scum. I was so appalled and disgusted. Both men kept asking me how old I was -which is none of their business. One guy kept hitting on me, I was absolutely disgusted and would not recommend this company, such unprofessional behavior. One guy used my bathroom and left the seat up, they just took airs and did not treat me like I was a paying customer. Highly unprofessional and I don't feel safe around them and want nothing more to do with this company. The guy I was referred to never showed up but sent derilics to my home- unprofessional and he told me he only saw one location but when I booked this I put two locations. I know what I ordered and I didn't get it. I am telling as many people as possible not to use this company. They did a half job and didn't do a good job.

This crew was absolutely unbelievable. They did the impossible to get all of my things into my new apartment. They work really hard and will help you with absolutely everything. I was super impressed with how professional they were and how they find way around limitations to get things done. I recommend 100% and will definitely use them again if I move.

This team was AWESOME! They were booked last minute but showed up on time and took good care of us. The guys were pleasant and worked in an efficient manner. They were able to move my items out of storage and into a pod in under two hours. We weren’t sure everything would fit but they made it work. I was in a last minute pinch, hired this team and crossed my fingers. I’m so happy with how everything went and highly recommend the team at Strong Arm.

These two brothers are fast, efficient, and very hard workers! I definitely recommend them for any move you need! I booked them for 2 hours to move from one storage unit to another, and they were done in 1.5 hours. Worth every dollar!
