I ended up being charged twice for one service of unloading my furniture. Mr Katron Chavis was very helpful and courteous getting the service scheduled. Another person named Oscar inserted himself in to the transaction and charged me for second time and then refused to take my phone call when I tried to contact him. Porch Moving Group owes me $1,256.25. I expect a refund to be credited to my Discover card on file. Also, Oscar should be fired.
