Arrived 5 hours late no equipment very slow did horrible job packing the truck had to get another crew not from hire a helper to finish the job and totally repack the load.

Overall they did a great job. They were 2.5 hours late, but we do understand that they were at a previous job and that they had a 90 minute drive between jobs. They were prepared, worked very hard and were very respectful. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review is they were not very efficient in packing the truck to its maximum capacity. We were able to fit a ton more into the truck after they left when they said that the truck was as full.

They did a good job but they did not come with tools (to take a part the furniture) or a hand truck which I was told they would have.
