All three of the young men who helped us with our mover were courteous and respect of our belongings. They listened to my instructions on how I wanted certain things to be handled and did as I ask. They were on time and called to let us know just when they expected to arrive. They all worked hard and were understanding when things didn't go the way I had planned. The were willing to work the extra time it took to get the move completed. Chase, the supervisor was helpful with what I needed to do to extend my hours. I would use them again if I ever move again.

The two young men who came to load were very pleasant and assured me the job would be completed, all items placed in the truck. They got off with a bang, in 15 min. there was a noticeable reduction items to be placed in the truck. After an hour into the job, it became evident that the two hours allotted would not be enough time to load. I did agree to an extra hour, which I believe was the plan all along, however even after the extra hour and the young men stated they were “done,” there was a good deal of items left in the house needing to be loaded. Also, the U-Haul was not loaded well at all, there was a good deal of space that was not used. All this led to me and my wife having to reshuffle some items on the truck and finish loading ourselves. After spending over $300 for help, we still spent an additional two hours ourselves completing the job.
We are very dissatisfied with the performance and will not recommend this service to people who we know are moving.
