Kenneth and his crew were fantastic for us! We needed help moving a variety of furniture and boxes out of my mother-in-law's house and into storage. They were flexible to accomodate to our rather limited time window we had to work in. They were super fast and super careful, and clearly understood how to tackle the task at hand. The crew was polite and professional and were done with time to spare. Really appreciated working with them and would recommend them without reservation.

I booked a job with Dulong Moving for a morning job on a Thursday. Later that evening they called and asked me if I could change it to an evening appointment. I told them I had to leave my house by 5:00 PM to make another appointment that evening, so they would have to be there by 3:00. They agreed to show up by 3:00, so I changed my work schedule to accommodate them. Then they called me at 12:30 PM on the day of the job and told me they could be to the house by 3:30, and asked if that was okay. I told them that was fine, but I wasn't going to pay them for 2 hours of work if they were only going to do 1:30 of work. They seemed very upset that I said I wasn't going to pay them for the time they weren't going to work. I told them they could either get paid for 1:30 or they could cancel and I would find someone else to do the job. They decided to cancel instead of fulfil their obligation and only get paid for the time they actually worked. In the end I moved my work schedule twice to accommodate them, and they never showed up. Very disappointing. Thankfully, the folks at Hire A Heper worked with me and found another company to cover the job at the original price quote on the following day.

Movers arrived close to the agreed time. I had detailed via my written order and via a phone call prior that I had a few very large and heavy pieces to move (including two armoires). So I was surprised when one of the two movers was a very nice, very professional, but perhaps only 135 pounds teenager. Between the two movers and myself, we were able to get the job done, but it was precarious at times. For smaller jobs, they're great though.
