The owner came with another employee. Both were courteous. They are hesitant of dogs, so I put my dog away in her crate while they were here. My only hesitation is that they banged our basement railing and one of the wooden brackets came off and they didn't say anything. It must have landed with a thud on the cement floor, so I was surprised they didn't say something. I found it on the ground after they left. It was a big piece of furniture they were moving, so I understand the space was small. It was more that they didn't say anything about the damage.
