We are a family owned and operated full service moving company based out of Toledo, OH. Founded in 2003 by two friends fresh out of high school who dreamed of starting a honest moving business with fair rates, no hidden charges and honest hard working employees. They started off small and grew it into what it is today through honesty, integrity and hard work on every move. Always making sure after every move the customer was completely satisfied with a great experience. Our customers needs are very important to us. We offer full service moving and packing, provide our own moving trucks and moving supplies. We also offer loading and unloading services for customers with there own truck, trailer or container. Our commitment is to ensure every move is handled with great customer care through attention to detail, safety and taking pride in a job well done. We have found that this will always result in the best moving experience possible, and we have a long list of satisfied customers to prove it. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once a customer books with our company we will keep good communication up until the move day. We provide a courtesy call when we are leaving the shop on moving day. We are very reliable and have guaranteed moving appointments.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day a customer can expect a courtesy call from our moving team when they are on there way for the moving. Our moving team comes equipped with a full tool box for help with assembly and dis assembly. We also provide furniture pads, 4 wheel carts, dollys and straps on every truck.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We recommend some helpful tips for living day preparation. We recommend labeling and numbering all boxes. Please empty all breakable and personal items from drawers. Please have all appliances unhooked and emptied out.
What types of moves have you handled?
We provide local and long distance moving. Servicing all of the lower 48 states in the United States. We do mainly residential and office moves. We move household goods for all homes. We have our own moving trucks and supplies.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the satisfaction of a job well done. By ensuring our customer is completely satisfied while being provided with a great service.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are trained by the owner and senior crew members. By teaching proper lifting techniques and being as safe as possible. We also train each employee to provide excellent customer service.
