The company kept in touch with me in the coming days of my move. I was able to adjust my time a few days prior with no issues. The helpers showed up on time. I showed them what I needed moved and they got right to work and got everything done sooner then expected! First time using this service and it was worth the money. Just make sure your hours you request for help is as accurate as possible.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My lead mover, Darius, brought four teenagers and one dolly with him to unload 26' foot full truck. He didn't know what he was doing, nor did his help. What should have taken a few hours ended up taking five and a half. He tried on a few occasions to end the job before it was complete claiming he was worried about what it would cost me. The day after the move I communicated with Hire a Help, the original contractor, to finalize the invoice. For a variety of reasons unknown to me, they were not able to complete it until the next morning. Darius texted me, since he payment had not yet been released by Hire a Helper, in a wildly unprofessional manner, immediately accusing me of trying to not pay the bill and calling me a scammer. At no point did he ask me if I new what the issue was, just made character assassinations. He ended the conversation with "f*!k off".

We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
