There was several issues regarding our move to our new home. What was supposed to be exciting turned into a day of stress and anxiety. First the movers were scheduled to be at the old property between 9-10, but said they would get there at 11. Which is fine but they didnt show up till noon. The next issue and the biggest problem was that they were VERY rough with our stuff. They were in a hurry because they had another job to do. Several items arrived broken and shattered including a designer lamp ($250) our dishes (several plates) now I dont have enough to have a matching set for dinner. Last item was our 75inch TV. Third issue was that they blatantly complained the whole time regarding having to go up stairs with our furniture. I mean I get it, that part is rough....however thats why we hired movers to do it. Every time they come in the door (which they scratched up btw, newly built home) they would say "please tell me this doesnt go upstairs; or let me guess, upstairs? I would not recommend this company for your move.

These guys were fantastic. Polite, professional and careful with our belongings. They unloaded 2 full 16’ PODs in less than 4 hours to our 2 story home. Would definitely hire again.

Angel & Guiosbel were absolutely amazing. They loaded and unloaded in quick time! They were very professional, asked where everything needed to go. They finished just before the 2 hours were up. To be fair I mostly had boxes and very little furniture. I helped with the lite stuff only because I needed the exercise. But they insisted that they do most of the heavy lifting which was great!
I would definitely recommend ProMovers to anyone who is needing a good, reliable crew who knows what they’re doing.
