One on the helper handed me the watch. They were patient. The U-Haul broke down, and the road side assistance took about 1 hour. The caused delay in unpacking. They remained calm and kind.

Movers did a great job! However, the company should change the policy involving the hours charged. For example: I booked for 3 hours. However, it took only two hours. The company needs to refund the additional hour.
