The men were on time right at 9 am. They started working and continued working for straight 4 hours.

Matt and Ryan were so helpful & managed to fit all my stuff in a relo-cube. They also were working in 110 heat & were super efficient. So thankful for their help! Would definitely recommend!

David and Cornelis showed up on time. Upon approaching them I smelled marijuana immediately which was very disappointing. I showed them what was to be loaded in trailer and gave them tie downs to tie load. They did not handle my items with care. They were done loading in 45 minutes with the load not tied down. I called Mike with my concerns and he handled the call with utmost disrespect of me the customer totally defending his employees without taking any of my concerns into consideration. I had them unload and tie down load properly with the help of my brother in law as the did not know how to use or tie down load. Please note I was hauling my items across the country and David and Cornelis thought the mattress was going to hold the load.
Upon unloading the trailer my $650 dresser I just purchased 6 weeks ago was damaged. Claim has been filed but not settled.
I would steer clear of this organization as they are very unprofessional and deliver horrible results.

They put the Dux mattress on the floor before they brought the bed in and then walked on the mattress and left dirty shoe marks on the Dux mattress. They loaded too many boxes on their handtruck and they all fell in the street.

These two fellows allowed us to last minute change times for packing, worked quickly and efficiently and wrapped and sealed all of the furniture.
They were pleasant and helpful the whole time even though it was a very hot day. They finished in the two hour window. We would gladly hire them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
