Where to begin.
I requested 3 movers because I
Had a safe and a piano. I was sent 2.
I told them I would arrange for my son to come help them move the two heavy items and they agreed to leave them on the truck until they arrived.
After he did, the lead mover abruptly stated that he wasnt moving any piano because I hadn’t paid extra. I immediately agreed to pay extra, but he still refused.
After a heated argument, I told both to pick up and get out.

Received a call later from the company telling me they would send 3 other men. They
Then said they would not move the piano either. 50 men would make no difference if they refuse to empty the truck, so I was stuck, paying extra for an unloaded truck and hiring
A different crew to unload it.
I would advise anyone tonavoid this company whatever you do,

I would have been better off just saving the money. In fact their help cost me more than the fee because of damages done to my couch. They moved slow, didn't think strategically or productively. I felt like I needed to babysit and guide them the whole time, which was impossible to do--but everytime i did catch up with them, so much time was being wasted. They packed things haphazardly, didn't stack upwards, which filled the truck quickly, so they threw things in on top of other things later. My couch got ripped. Really disheartened. Would not recommend.
