Had them move my furniture to the garage and back to do the floors. They damaged my furniture by dragging the couch on the concrete on its arm!!! We’re not at all careful. One of the guys was shuffling his feet and sliding them on the new floor the whole time. They put an expensive hutch on it’s top on a hand truck and jammed it through a doorway damaging the finish on the top and denting the edge. Just not at all respectful of my stuff. Run the other way! They said it’s ok because we have insurance! The insurance pays 60 cents per pound for damaged stuff. My couch weighs about 100 pounds so that amounts to $60 for screwing up a one month old couch!!!! Holy crap!!! I asked about the $75 move protection and they said that’s not insurance!!! What is it???? Just a $75 add on for NOTHING!!!!

The services was good, however I thought they should have used Bubble wrap also. I had to furnish all equipment used. One item was dropped accidental and damaged, another was not wrapped securely and damaged. All others were ok.

Absolute pride and joy!
