On time, respectful of my belongings and super quick. (It was 100 degrees that day and I felt terrible, but they loaded my belongings into the POD quickly and efficiently)

K & R’s Northwest Moving & Delivery LLC were able to accept my moving reservation on short notice. They called to let me know they’d be running late, & provided an updated time which they arrived at. Upon arrival they explained a job ran over & that their supervisor would also be along. They then began loading my items, quickly & efficiently. They were kind & professional.

On time and worked steady but unable to finish unloading the POD. POD placement not the best because of carport construction close to the building and booking another job after mine. Placement of boxes brought to my apartment crowded Kitchen and bedroom and had to be rearranged to allow more room to bring in the rest of the items in the POD and use the kitchen. Another company booked to finish unloading furniture. 80% satisfied.

Great service, they showed up early and were very friendly and professional. They handled my items with care and were quite efficient. It was a huge stress off of my back, and they moved some stuff I probably would’ve hurt myself trying to lift with my girlfriend. If you need help moving big items this is a solid company to choose. Great work guys!

I would leave 10 stars if that was an option. These guys were amazing. My POD arrived with damaged items and they were pros about moving everything with care. Ronnie was the crew lead and he ensured his team worked quickly and they were also patient with my concerns about the damaged furniture. (Again the damage was not from them at all but rather the shifting and poor packing job done on the front end of our move). Cannot recommend them enough! Great job! So polite and friendly!

unless we are providing packing/unpacking help, the customer should have all belongings that can be boxed put in boxes and additionally but not mandatory, it is helpful to have the boxes labeled where they should go
