I had two movers and it was like they couldn’t do anything without the other. They couldn’t figure out how to get my fridge out, they got it through one door way and then put the fridge together but then still had to get it through the front door.
So they ended up taking the front door off.
I liked the workers they were cool and nice and got the job done but they definitely worked more like they were getting paid hourly other than getting paid by the job.
I don’t feel it should have taken as long as it did. So for over an hour they worked on getting the fridge out and putting the door back on.
I felt like they were just taking their time

They didn't show up after they called and said they were on the way. The owner of company yelled at me and talked over me for a solid 12 minutes (I couldn't get a word in during the entire call) when I called to see where his crew was and if they were still coming. This it what I arrived to after a 1200 mile drive with a full 26 foot moving truck. My wife and I were rescued by our sweet neighbors and my friends' brother in law -we all got the truck unloaded together.

The young gentlemen who came were professional, punctual, polite and fast. It was well over a hundred degrees outside that day. They were very careful with my property and my house and deserved every penny of my generous tip. I would definitely call them again.

The moving labor helpers were all professional and courteous and did an awesome job! I would use them again.
My only complaint is with the moving company. It is impossible to accurately estimate the time you will need the helpers. It entirely depends on how quickly they work. It is much more fair to calculate the hours actually spent working and pay for the time they actually were there working. I hence overpaid as they required payment for six hours even though they finished the job in 4 hours. I feel I should only have to pay for the time the workers were actually working for me. I should be refunded money for the two hours they did not work for me.

Jason and Jaquan were a pleasure to work with. They had a great attitude! They were so fast and somehow got all my stuff packed up within the time frame. I’d give them 4.9 stars if I could. A part of my son’s bed was broken during loading and I wish they had wrapped it first. But other than that they took care with my things and used their expertise to load strategically so no space was wasted.
