Crew was 1.5 hrs late and one of the three was having a hard time staying on task. He had to be constantly reminded by the others to keep working and he could not lift much. Our property was not treated with much respect, some fragile boxes were dropped and tossed around. The truck was not loaded well. I do not feel confident using John 3:16 movers again.

Mover's response:
It was storming this day. We informed customer much earlier regarding rain delay and that our ETA would be adjusted somewhat because of this. We kept customer updated prior to arriving. The storm continued when we arrived and we worked through it. Customer was in a high traffic building in the city with one elevator we had to share with tenants which made this job very tedious. There were times when there was no more room to stage items in the hallway and we simply had to wait for elevator. This is the time I believe was referred to when RJ had to remind Don of that fact when asked why he paused which happened twice. We handled all items with care and loaded truck in the orthodox fashion which is why there was no damage to belongings or property which I am grateful for. We appreciate any patience shown in this rare circumstance. Please see prior reviews for sentiment regarding our work ethic.

This moving company was on time, the guy's were definitely respectful and they worked hard. However, they were NOT provided with the proper dolly or moving equipment to move my complete storage from the first floor to an upstairs unit. That's my only problem with this company. I believe we have paid very well for these services that all workers should come with the proper equipment to perform their jobs well, bcus they really want to!
