What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
For everything to go smooth and safe as possible. We will at very least meet their standards, or most likely beat it.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
While it’s not required or expected, a smart way to prepare on moving day before our crew gets there, is to pack up any items that will fit in boxes, if fragile, please mark so on the box, and tape the boxes shut. Fragile and delicate furniture such as, china cabinets, dressers, grandfather clocks,etc should be wrapped in Saran Wrap/bubble wrap and moving blankets. Same thing goes for appliances, it’s really up to the customer, it’s not a must but it’s always best to be safe and provide maximum protection.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve successfully done local moves, long distance moves, pods, storage units, offices and hotel moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The labor. It is hard work but it always gives you a great workout and tests your strength and makes you stronger.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members go through a two week training before we determine if they have what it takes. The training consists of skills like team work, how to lift heavy/awkward items, and how to angle them out/in door ways. We teach them how to properly load a truck, where to put fragiles, and how to stack. We make sure they know how to be professional and respectful and ofcourse friendly.
