They arrived on time and loaded our 26 foot rental truck in about 2 hours. They were very curious and enthusiastic. I supplied them with plenty of moving blankets but they had a few left over when they were finished. I then drove the truck about 1800 miles to our new apartment. I probably should have kept a closer eye on their loading process. Some items were wrapped effectively, but a couple of items rubbed against each other and left some deep scratches (i.e. Bike brake lever rubbed against antique rocking chair). A few other furniture items had some repairable damage. I realize that a lot can happen in 1800 miles, so I'm filing any claims or complaints. I'm sure if I had asked for more careful loading of some items Jon and Mark would have complied.

John and Mark showed up when they said they would. They both showed up with a smile on their face and despite the 94-degree weather, they worked non-stop and with great care. They were both great workers and took care of all of our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were great! The only critique is the original order was for three guys and beyond anyone’s control one of their workers called off at the last minute. Though, rates etc were properly adjusted the extra guy would have definitely helped speed up the loading.

The best experience! I had a 16' foot truck packed top to bottom front to back. I reserved 2 movers for 2 hours. They arrived 15 minutes early started right away, with no breaks. They unloaded everything and put it in my desired room while being extremely careful not to damage my stuff or the walls. It took them 1 hour to unload what took me 5 hours to load. Definitely would recommend!

Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
