I paid for the three-hour minimum service. Two movers arrived at 9:00 a.m., while the third mover did not arrive until 9:30 a.m. Although one mover was 30 minutes late, I was still charged as if all three movers were present for the entire service period.
The outdoor temperature was approximately 95 degrees, and the two movers who were working continuously were sweating heavily. Unfortunately, they did not have towels to wipe themselves off. As a result, sweat dripped onto several pieces of my furniture and was also left on the interior walls of my home. Experienced movers should come prepared with towels to prevent this from happening.
The move itself was also less demanding than a typical job. I had already unloaded the PODs and placed everything inside my two-car garage before they arrived. They did not have to unload any containers or move any boxes—only furniture and exercise equipment into the house.
Additionally, one of the movers had a very strong body odor, to the point that my wife was uncomfortable being around him.
Finally, by approximately 11:30 a.m., the crew appeared to be in a hurry to leave. They finished the job, packed up, and left without even saying goodbye or thanking us for our business.
Overall, I expected a more professional level of service given the price I paid.

We had so much stuff I wasn't sure it would all fit. They handled my property with care and were able to fit everything in like magic. Door barely closed, but all of our belongings were able to come with us across the country thanks to them.

The service was horrible. Although I hired two movers for 2 hours, one of the workers stayed inside the car for most of the duration. Even when he worked, he did not seem fit for the job, either physically or mentally. They damaged one of our couches (the leg broke off), damaged the staircase (chipped the paint and chipped the wood on the stair handle), and hit several spots in the house with the furniture they were moving. I had to help the one worker who was working for the last hour because it was a two-person job.
