Gentle movers was such a blessing to us! My wife and I are currently unable to lift heavy items. Two young men from Gentle Movers showed up at exactly the agreed time. I ended up needing them an hour longer than we booked. They did great work! They were careful, they were very thoughtful about the best way to move items. They worked quickly and were conscious of our time. Most of all, they were friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire Gentle Movers again!

Due to circumstances beyond any one’s control, we did not actually get to use this company. Although, I still give an excellent rating because the customer service and communication exceeded expectations. We had to be out of our place by a certain time and unfortunately the need could not be met, this time. If I book again, I will book this company. Things happen. The communication was the key. Super friendly and professional. Maybe next time.

Frank and Isaiah did a great job. Showed up ready to work and didn’t stop till the job was done. They were very careful with everything and placed all the items where we asked them to. I would definitely use gentle movers again

They did a good job making sure nothing was messed up during our move. They were respectful & worked in a timely fashion. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they could use a little work with spacing out some of the negative space that was left where bags/ blankets or other items could have gone! Nothing was broken during the 3 hours drive so that’s good! When booking it gives timeframes. Make sure to add in the comments what time you need them there. We selected the 9-10 am timeframe and needed them at 10 because we were picking up the rental truck that morning. Apparently the time starts when they get there not when they start working. So even if you’re not there you’re going to be charged that time so make sure to plan accordingly. Even when explaining all of this to me and we didn’t always see eye to eye the customer service was still good & the owner was not disrespectful but rather helpful and understanding.
A most honest review and thank you so very much HOWEVER as you know we only get paid for time that YOU approve nothing more nothing left, and yes there were some discrepancies in time, my guys waited 45 minutes for you all that was okay however 9:45 to 12:45 is 3 hours all day long but we're not going to go on that ?? I appreciate your review thank you so much and I hope you and your family are enjoying your new home

This was not a professional experience. One helper showed up but the other one did not. I had to wait on him to pick up another helper. They showed back up five minutes before the cut off window. The owner laughed when she called back to ask if they showed up as if anything was funny at that point. I would not use them again.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
