That information is not accurate every room you showed us had some items that were going and not going. You informed us that you would let us know as we move them. Before we completed each room we asked if each room was completed to your liking. I didn't book your pods either, you did you provided the two we never spoke about how many pods you would need. You had items coming from the barn which was the size of of a 3 bedroom house itself, stuff coming from another shed that was as big as a 1 bedroom apartment as well as your 4 bedroom home with a attic that's had stuff coming out of every room. Once you seen that your pod was packed as neat as it was and had lots of space as well as you watched us wrap it in the plastic and use the blankets ( we had you check the pod as each wall was getting filled). Also we didn't break anything a few scratches I can admit to but you and your husband knew that, you both stood right there you both wanted those pieces of furniture that couldn't fit on them narrow steps. Also we were suppose to come back before the pods left you were suppose to get straps but you needed to reschedule for a rainstorm. Sorry for your experience, we aim to please. Maybe if your organization and communication could of been a little different example, if we have enough space we would like to add more and actually knew what you wanted because as you seen the space and adding more we had to reorganize the pod for the best advantage of space and honestly you said you were coming back later for the rest you were just getting the main stuff out.
