I hired two movers for two hours - they were quick, efficient, friendly, and carful with my belongings. However, they arrived 30 minutes late and insisted they had to leave after only an hour even though I had paid for two hours and was hoping for their help assembling some furniture. I was unable to get a refund for the extra hour I paid for. After they finished unloading, one of the movers asked me out for drinks, which was a little uncomfortable since this person now knows where I live...

Everett, the owner of this business personally returned my call within just a few hours of booking his company's service. And, he was graciously flexible yesterday to meet since I had experienced travel delays and had to reschedule (well in advance) the moving truck unload time. They came promptly at the rescheduled time. Everett also personally supervised his hired helper (Jesse) and actively assisted us in the process. Both of them were very courteous and it was immediately apparent that were mindful of handling all of my fragile items and making sure everything that they unloaded and placed were I wanted them to be. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed!

They were very pleasant. On time, however they didn't have straps for lifting the large heavy items. I had a got a few scrapes on my China cabinet as a result of it slipping and hitting the steps. Other than that they were very professional I would recommend them.

The initial helper that was assigned to my request never showed up, which is the reason for 4/5 stars. However, upon calling the company they expedited my request for a new helper, who arrived in less than an hour. He was helpful and courteous and did an excellent job.

They was inexperience movers it may be helpful if movers pull their pants up and be capable of lifting and using a hand truck. Appeared to be tired from lifting.

They arrived hours late, were not careful in how they handled my furniture and caused damage on pieces that cannot be replaced, despite my repeatedly requests that they be careful. I am devastated. And on top of it, they were rude. I wish I could go back and time and chose someone else.
