Star Struck Movers were able to come out within a couple of hours after the movers I initially chose cancelled on me. They showed up within their estimated time frame. They came equipped with furniture dollies. They were able to unload my 15ft moving truck in less than 2 hours. I would recommend them.

The two movers who came to help us did a fantastic job. They were very respectful to our furniture, did a fantastic job fitting belongings into the moving truck, and secured everything so that nothing shifted in a cross country move. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This is the second time using this same person (Johnathan Surrat). The first occasion had problems; the contract was for 2 helpers, only 1 showed. I accepted Suratt's explanation and notified the provider.
On the 19th, 2 persons arrived, on time. Proceeded with the job, and then Suratt left, saying he was going to get something to drink. He did not return for more than 30 minutes.
I was not there, my son, a US Marine, Master Sargeant, was the driver of the truck, and monitored the job for me. He called me when Suratt left the job (after 10 minutes had elapsed), and called again when Surratt returned (35 minutes later.
I called Suratt's number and asked for him. I was advised that he was on a job; the person said they would attempt to reach him. I called Hired Helpers; I was told to call back when the job was completed, which I did.
In the interim, after he returned, I spoke with Suratt who repeatdly advised me that he could leave for lunch or a break and not charge for the time; this was a 2 hour job, not a full day's work needing breaks.
I have been appropriately compensated. Thank you. However, I have advised 2 persons, who I had previously referred to Star Struck, not to use their services.

I'd highly recommend using Star Struck Movers. The crew was prompt, well prepared, incredibly hard working and very flexible. On top of their professionalism, both helpers were courteous and friendly. As much as I'd love to never move again, when I do I would definitely use Star Struck.

Worked very hard and finished before the time I allotted for them. They stuck around to make sure that I was totally satisfied and helped me assemble some of my furniture in effort to make the most of the remaining time. I really appreciated this since I didn't have any help coming until a week later. The owner was very customer service oriented and worked very well with his team. I plan to call them again for when I move out!

I hired this company when we moved from Florida and needed help to unload the truck. I read many reviews and liked the reviews for Star Struck Movers. I also wanted to support a smaller company and that is why I chose them. Jonathon called me a few days prior to the moving to answer any questions or concerns. They showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) and went through what needed to be done. I was concerned about the townhouse since it is a rental home and has hardwood floors. They carried every single item and were very careful about the walls and stairways while carrying the big items to different floors. They were very professional, worked very hard and unloaded the truck in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
