What can a customer expect after booking with you?

When booking with us you are guaranteed a smooth, stress-free moving service. With our professional team of movers, you will never have to worry about micro-managing our crew. Our reputation means the world to us. This is why we make our word our bond.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A qualified moving team to step out of the box truck with all supplies needed for the move. The movers will knock on your door and introduce themselves. Once that has been done the movers will do a walk-through with the homeowner and see what is all being moved. From there the movers will begin to blankets and wrap all furniture to avoid furniture during the transportation of the belongings. The crew will then begin to load the moving truck with boxes first, furniture next, etc.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Each client should have their items packed up and ready to go. With each box labeled to which room items are going in. This will help the movers as they unload the truck to get all boxes into the correct place. Furniture should be labeled if items will be heading someplace differently than first picked up. (Ex: Picking up bookshelve but moving to the storage unit) Our team of moving professionals will come into your home and begin to carefully wrap all furniture and make this move as stress-free as possible

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Every haul has its own story. This is my company slogan. The reason I love being a mover is for the fact we get to move someone's entire life with care. It's hard to let strangers into your home. Mostly when they are touching all of your belonging. When you hire We-Haul you are hiring a professional crew who not only will take care of inside your home they will also take care of all of your belongings. Being a mover has shown me some of the amazing car collections, sports memorabilia, Emmys, etc.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide our crew with multiple videos on proper lifting and wrapping of all furniture. They will be practicing the lifting of boxes and furniture in our office to get the feel of moving furniture in and out of places. We train our guys to pack all the delicate china that most have as well.
