they were careful up until the 2nd load: they place one of my floor lamps down with 4 garment bags on top, causing the stained glass lamp to break! The lamp is worth at least $400.00.
I was never told to get my own insurance, I was told that you are Insured & bonded! I need to have that lamp repaired or reimbursed money for the damage. The company needs to call me today, Sept 15.
I have reported this On Thursday, 9-15, and haven't heard from them
yet.
