Revised. With the first team, I explained that the furniture was in the back of the storage unit and all of it had to go. They assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that there was plenty of room in the truck. They loaded all of the boxes and then the furniture. There was not enough room. Some things were broken and things had to be left behind. It necessitated another move. I communicated with the manager, Calvin, about my concerns. He sent a new team. They did a good job. JW

Calvin and all 3 movers were kind, respectful and professional. Anyone I know that needs help in this area, I would highly recommend Jumpstart. The helpers worked quickly and loaded the truck with exceptional precision. I was highly impressed and pleased with the overall experience.

The 2 men were very nice and when pushed they worked hard. A few of the items were very heavy and the stairs made it challenging to get the furniture out of the building. Even though the walls were slightly damaged they did a good job. My only criticism is they showed up late, had to be pushed to get the job done in the time allotment and I had to repack the truck. They weren't professional movers.
