One man called out sick, which caused their arrival to be delayed but they contacted me before their arrival time to inform me.
After their arrival, they were well prepared and worked hard and got the job done in the estimated time. They were careful with my property and did a good job.

this has been my best experience using any kind of hired moving services. Eric and (?) Mike did a remarkable job of packing my almost-1000-sq-ft 2 BR apartment into the 16 ft truck that I rented. They arrived on time, finished on time, and were super friendly and accommodating. I had a lot more than I anticipated, but they used every single inch of that truck to safely pack my belongings. They gave me the choice to use my own bedding items to carefully protect my big screen TV and furniture and all of my belongings came out without a scratch ! I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS and you were worth the extra money spent!

These guys were fantastic! They came fully prepared with the right tools to get the job done in a timely manner. Wow on the job packing the truck and utilizing all the space. I was worried about it all fitting but with these guys I had room leftover! They helped wrap items and packed everything in a way I had no damage on any of my belongings. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, they are worth every penny!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will get a call from one of our staff to confirm there details of their move and to introduce ourselves as the moving company that will be doing the move for them. We will make sure we help figure the absolute best route to help our customer be fully prepared move day to save them time and money on their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to show up to there home or place that we are doing work at for them, to prove our 5 ?? services. The can feel confident that our company and the people that work for the company take great pride in the work they do. Our movers will be fully prepared and trained to all give 5 ?? services to them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There’s many things that can be done to help the move go smooth, safe, efficient which will help the cost of the move significantly. Having as many things properly labeled and boxed up as possible, in similar size boxes to help reduced boxes being damaged. Having the closes and properly paved surface/path for a truck or container to back into safely to load or unload customers contains. The less steps we take to get to the truck or container will sure help cut the time down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of doing our job as a mover is the satisfaction of getting out there in society and helping all different types of people with their moving needs. We take a ton of satisfaction in helping our customers move their furniture and items they can’t move or don’t want to move. The other plus is that it’s a gym membership that you get paid to do which is a huge plus to us ????????
What training do you provide your crew members?
We put our guys through a very detailed orientation training process to help them fully understand the way E&J Moving likes to do things. We have a training course that goes into safety for themselves with how properly lift items and different ways to move furniture properly. We also have safety courses that go through measures we have in place to protect our customers dwelling and belongings. We also have our guys trained in how to efficiently, quickly and safely get through each move safe and efficient.
