These gentlemen did an excellent job! We had started filling the pod assuming we were doing a great job and they said no and repacked for us and got even more stuff in our 1st pod!! Filled our 2nd pod very carefully and again i was surprised at how much they got in there!! We will have them back again for another pod!

Loaded the truck so poorly all of my furniture and glassware was broken by the time I received it. Antique furniture and family heirlooms destroyed and broken due to negligence and poor loading techniques. Do not recommend. I have filed a claim against this company.
and we got it done just under three hours. We didn’t have to reimburse more than one hour like we did because it’s in the contract that we don’t. But we went over the top to reimburse this customer extra hours that we’re not used because that’s what we do as a company take care of our customers. So for them to come out and make a horrible review is completely absurd. We will continue to do the job we’ve been doing for over 10 years and why we are one of the highest rated moving companies in the entire nation. We strive to always take care of our customers and our workers to make sure everybody is happy, safe and satisfied each and every day.

The team of Chris, Erin and Chance did an excellent job. They were careful when moving delicate items, efficient packing the Pod, and a great bunch of guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very happy with the results.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will get a call from one of our staff to confirm there details of their move and to introduce ourselves as the moving company that will be doing the move for them. We will make sure we help figure the absolute best route to help our customer be fully prepared move day to save them time and money on their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to show up to there home or place that we are doing work at for them, to prove our 5 ?? services. The can feel confident that our company and the people that work for the company take great pride in the work they do. Our movers will be fully prepared and trained to all give 5 ?? services to them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There’s many things that can be done to help the move go smooth, safe, efficient which will help the cost of the move significantly. Having as many things properly labeled and boxed up as possible, in similar size boxes to help reduced boxes being damaged. Having the closes and properly paved surface/path for a truck or container to back into safely to load or unload customers contains. The less steps we take to get to the truck or container will sure help cut the time down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of doing our job as a mover is the satisfaction of getting out there in society and helping all different types of people with their moving needs. We take a ton of satisfaction in helping our customers move their furniture and items they can’t move or don’t want to move. The other plus is that it’s a gym membership that you get paid to do which is a huge plus to us ????????
What training do you provide your crew members?
We put our guys through a very detailed orientation training process to help them fully understand the way E&J Moving likes to do things. We have a training course that goes into safety for themselves with how properly lift items and different ways to move furniture properly. We also have safety courses that go through measures we have in place to protect our customers dwelling and belongings. We also have our guys trained in how to efficiently, quickly and safely get through each move safe and efficient.
