Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this moving service based on my experience. The boxes were clearly labeled, and I provided instructions for where items needed to go, but those instructions were not followed. Boxes were left throughout different areas instead of being placed where they belonged, which created additional work for me after an already stressful move.
There was also an issue with my couch. One half of the couch is still on the first level because the movers said they did not have the tools needed to remove the legs. Since I was in the middle of moving, I did not have those tools available either, and I expected the movers to come prepared to handle the furniture they were hired to move.
Unfortunately, there was also damage to my wall, including a dent and marks, which was disappointing.
Overall, I would not consider this good service. The purpose of hiring movers is to make the moving process easier and to have the agreed-upon instructions followed. Instead, I was left with boxes that needed to be moved myself, furniture that was not fully placed, and wall damage to address. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Mr Silverio Francis and his team mate were so professional and they worked really hard to unload my container ! They place everything on the correct place , they double checked that all items were ln the assigned area , arrived on time , no scratches on my furniture , they took care of every detail . Definitely they deserve 20 stars . They saved my day and thanks to them today I will be sleeping on my own bed ! What a blessing! .

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.

My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.

My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
