The company responded to my e-mail quickly when I emailed them directly to confirm the agreement. I appreciated this since I am a bit skeptical of internet contracts! Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. The only parking was across the street but they just rolled up their sleeves and started carrying the furniture across the street and up the stairs without a second thought. They were efficient but careful, asked where we wanted things and moved some things twice without complaint. Very polite and engaging young men. I would definitely use them again.
