Young guys who need some practice and maybe some supervision. I don't think they we're quite prepared for the heat, and struggled to maneuver some of the larger items.

The only thing I didn’t like was that my clothing garment bags were used to fill in space and my clothes are very expensive. The legs on my tv were also broken off but that is a easy solution to replace them. Overall the packing of my truck was good.

The 2 guys that unloaded for me at extraspace storage on 3/31/21 were the most concerned about the job of no damage to any goods and they were great. I would recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. I mentioned to them that I would also need assembly of furniture, beds, etc and i was not clear weather they would offer to do that also. Overall it was a smooth process. This was a partial move with a 16' truck more to come......

I booked 2 men/2 hrs from a link in Budget Truck site. They showed up on time, checked in, went directly to work. Quiet, efficient, and careful as I had a few storage damaged boxes that threatened to break if moved. They handled everything well and made sure my items made it up the stairs with no problem. My son even had a special request of a few items that HE wanted from the truck be left inside the trailer so he could grab them himself. They remembered and did exactly that. I am well pleased. Thank you L.C & Sons for doing what I consider, the "hard work".
(EXTRA MILE: I was having a tough time navigating to the invoice document in my phone that releases payment. One of the men was patient enough to guide me through my phone just so I could find the correct page. I appreciate the extra customer service!)

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We take pride in what we do we will contact you the day before your move to make sure everything is still on track. We do one hour windows for arrival as we also take pride on being on time!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always suggest to all of our customers to try to be as organized as possible. That way we can make sure to make moving day as easy and efficient as possible for you!
What types of moves have you handled?
We mainly provide residential moves and local. We can provide long distance and commercial moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Honestly we love meeting new people over the years it's been an exciting adventure. We take pride in what we do is why we also love making moving as stress free for our customers!!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide 90 to 120 days of training to all of our employees before they are on there own. We stay out in the field just to make sure standards are met on a daily basis.
