We ordered two helpers to unload our belongings at our new residence. They showed up exactly on time and proceeded to unload and place our items as directed. They had a great attitude and worked quickly and proficiently even with the temperature exceeding 100 degrees. I would not hesitate to use their services at any time in the future. I found my 2 hires, to be total professionals.
They contacted me via the phone, once the contract was authorized electronically and advised me of exact times they would arrive on the work-day.
Their phone demeanor was very personal and professional.
On the work day they arrived exactly on time and ready to get to work..........no warming up, just get to work.
They had smiles on their faces and worked very hard during the time I had them.
They were very careful with all of my goods, and understood that when you slide wood desks that if you don't lift them, one gets scratches on the woodwork. They had the professional knowledge and courtesy to make certain that none of my wood goods were scrathced.
They did everything that I asked them to do in terms of placement of furniture and sorting boxes. I have had movers from moving companies that were not as professional as these 2 from HIre-A-Helper.
I would strongly recommend them for any future jobs and will be contacting them in about a month to help with other moving needs of mine.
They far exceeded my expectations and I can't tell you how pleased and happy I was with my experience with them.
