On time arrival. Mostly handled our stuff with care but anything they disassembled was not easily re-assembled at the destination (I.e. fasteners not with the disassembled product) which slowed down the rebuild at the new location. They were loading up POD’s that we rented and we had to do some readjusting after they left as their “Tetris” skills were not that great leaving a lot of wasted space.
While those were the opportunities, there were some positives too. The movers were polite and respectful to us and each other. They worked at a very nice pace and finished the job within the 2 hour window we were paying for. They were conscientious about the cleanliness while walking in and out.
For the price, the result was satisfactory.
