They arrived late.
I assume that they weren’t at another job like they said was making them late because there shirts had no sweat in the summer.
They worked ok when they arrived.
They seemed to want to leave early. I assume because their kids were in the car.

Pedro and Chris were punctual, hard working, efficient and good natured while in my home. Took care of items and packed my “pod” very full. Would hire them again any time.

I was severely disappointed in the two movers that came to help me. 1) They were not on time. They were schedule to arrive between 11am-noon. They arrived at 12:50. I completely understand being late, however, as they probably had another job to finish. I do wish I would've received notification that they would be late. 2) They did arrive with dolly as requested. This is was appreciated. 3) They did NOT work hard. They had a "friend" arrive while they were working, supposedly to work on one mover's vehicle (change the oil). My two movers disappeared for quite awhile. One finally came up and asked if I'd seen the other one. I went looking for the other one and found him working on his car...not moving my furniture and boxes. This happened a second time. Also caught him talking to his friend. I had hired them for 3 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I had to add on an extra hour. By the end of the 4th hour, they had not moved even half of the stuff in my apartment. I attribute this to them working on the vehicle instead of working for me, constant talking (because the one guy would stop what he was doing to try to make small talk with me at least every other trip to my apartment from the POD), and I caught them dillydallying and taking their sweet time. I finally sent them packing. I'd had enough. I called my dad and brother to help me finish moving. 4) I felt they were not respectful at all with my property. Even after repeatedly asking them to use the furniture blankets I provided, they did not wrap my bed, glass curio cabinet, desk or dresser. I have pictures to prove the poor job they did. I caught them coming down the stairs dropping some of my furniture/file cabinet on each step, and over the curbs, rather than carefully carrying down what they needed to. This broke open my file cabinet and they just watched as my papers went flying, didn't bother to try picking them up. 5) I do not recommend them, and I definitely will not use them again. Even after all of this, the next day my apartment management called to inform me that one of the movers had left his car in a resident's parking spot, under the carport with her name on it, rather than in the multiple open parking spots available. And he left it overnight, in order to come back and fix it. I had to call him and tell him to move it immediately or it would be towed. My neighbors and management should not have had to deal with such inconsideration. It was a huge waste of money.

The company had a labor shortage the day of my appointment. I understand how these things happen, and we all made the best of it. The owner actually came to fill in for the worker who couldn't make it. She was young and petite, but a really hard worker. I felt bad for her! She lifted and carried, and made the job fit into the time frame i had requested. When it comes to the extra mile, this company put their back into it! I would definitely recommend them.
