I highly recommend Jon’s Friendly Movers! They moved quickly and used time efficiently for packing. They packed the pods so well that we have plenty of room left over for any remaining items as we wrap up packing. They were friendly and kept asking if there was anything else they could do to help. Highly recommend!!!

The guys were great, and they loaded the one POD that showed up the day before. There were three to have been delivered on Thursday July 9, two never show up and still have not showed up. I would not rate PODS very good. They have totally set us back by a full week of getting the house on the market, and it is not acceptable, as we had a contract in IN and it stated must be on market by July 16, that date cannot be made now.
But Jon was very nice and the guys all worked very hard in loading the one POD. I would give them an A+.

These guys were the absolute TRUTH. We pretty much ran out of work for them to do in the 2 hours they were here. Washer, dryer, heavy dressers, bed frames, shelving, heavy cabinets, freezer, and a ton of totes and smaller miscellaneous items came out of our two story home into a wonky parked truck (it wouldn't fit in the driveway!) super efficiently, with care, patience, and utmost professionalism. We really could not be more pleased and relieved by the load off our shoulders provided by the 2 gentleman. They were punctual and safe to which were both important to us. We shopped around for a good rate for this service and it was quality work I can recommend for moving on a budget. We will pass on contact info for this company to our realtor as well for others who may need excellent moving labor help.

The two guys were excellent and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They packed our U-Haul U-Boxes like they were playing Tetris! They were fast, careful, and incredibly skilled. I would absolutely trust them and hire them again anytime. Highly recommended!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
