Oliver and Harry were efficient, hard-working, and friendly throughout the unpacking job. They used extra time during their job to assemble a few pieces of furniture as well. There was some confusion about the start time but once the team got working, they got the job done in the time that they were booked for.

The guys were very nice and polite and talkative however they were just dragging like on the slow side. I felt like they could’ve gotten more done in the two hours that they were here. I ended up having to put the beds together myself and they really should’ve had time to do that in the two hours because they were just emptying out a pod

They left many things in the garage that were not supposed to be in the heat and did not inform us that boxes had been left in the garage. They left and came back during the time they were supposed to be moving. When they returned they stank of weed and it took hours to get the smell out of the house. Multiple things were put in the wrong place despite many adults in the house telling them where the boxes and furniture belong.
