Horrible service. I'd give negative stars if possible for a truly accurate rating. They showed up with no tools, even though assembly was specifically requested. They asked if I had work gloves they could borrow, then asked/told me to get them food & drinks...ignored us continuously asking to put the boxes in the house instead of stacking them to the ceiling of the garage & having me & my father in law taking them from the garage & putting them in the rooms ourselves.
They implied they were leaving to get the tools they needed & would be coming back...they never did. When I called to find out what was going on, the owner hung up on me after I explained what had happened. I was in shock.
I ended up having to call a handyman separately to put the beds & everything else together. I’ve had college kids do a better job. If I knew this was the level of service I was getting, I would’ve just paid $200 for some college kids to do it from the start.

Monte and Aaron were amazing! We are a third floor apartment so they had to bring everything up two flights of stairs. It was hot and muggy and it even rained. They were delightful and worked hard without complaint. They were super friendly and professional, and we will definitely use them again!

The two movers were prompt, professional, and pleasant. They were conscientious and careful in moving our apartment furnishings down three flights of stairs and onto a truck.
