They could not make it on the scheduled date because of car problems, but agreed they would come the following morning. That was confirmed the evening before. The next morning they failed to show up and could not even be reached by phone. I would be very suspect in relation to the ratings on this website as they must be over-rated. Horrible reliability on back-to-back days.

They came very unprepared and left after moving 3 pieces of furniture. They said they were going to their car to get a drill, but they never came back and didn't answer phone when I called.

They communicated very well upfront to confirm times. Once they arrived they assessed the situation very quickly and began working. They packed the trailer very tight and well. I appreciated the way they communicated with us even during the process. Would definitely recommend!

Good job. I did feel like I was getting hustled / held hostage after my pool table frame (no slate attached) was taken off the truck, then they refused to move it any further unless I paid an additional $250 (cash). The frame itself is large and awkward, but less than the 400 lb requirement. Other than that they were good.
