They were absolutely on time, 10 o'clock on the dot. They were prepared and worked hard. Excellent focus on getting the job done, but courteous and attentive to us as needed. And (bonus) they were friendly and had a sense of humor, something I found invaluable when preparing and packing things for this move has been very stressful for us. I would use them again, but we will be living in Texas. I hope the unloading crew in Texas is a comparable crew to our FG loading crew.

Same day assignment, communicated throughout the process, on time arrival with three fellows instead of two and made quick work of emptying POD heavy item like sofabed, tables and boxes. Came prepared and brought their own equipment to complement our tools. Definitely appreciated the muscle.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking expect a text or email to go over final details, As well as a courtesy text 24 Hrs prior to ensure everything is as scheduled.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will show up on time, and will do a walkthrough of the house, then begin prepping furniture and moving accordingly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed prior, shrink wrap items with drawers, clothes work great in trash bags and can be used as buffers.
