Lots of bumps & bruises on headboard & foot board of bed. White guy took fridge by himself while black guy inside talking to me. Granted driveway paved & had grass over (very rural) but he almost dumped it. He took lots of smoke breaks but didn't charge me extra time. I had 6 pieces of furniture, I small 20 yr old fridge, 7 plastic bags of bedding & pillows & 2 boxes. All else had been moved in a van the week b4. They were nice & on time but took a whole lot longer than should but I told them I wouldn't pay for it seeing as how I had my own dollies & really only needed one guy two hrs & we could have knocked it out! Living rural only had 3 choices, they we're rated 2nd. Owner very nice, the boss guy just didn't communicate with the helper & a lot of down time. They worked hard but for only a recliner in LR, nothing in DR & a trundle bed, small fridge & queen master set, I expected it to take a lot less than 2 hours, not more.

The team arrived early, was professional, courteous, and efficient. They were careful with our belongings and ensured they went to the rooms we wanted. When they finished early they even stayed to fix the drawer on a chest-of-drawers that was knocked off track during transit. I'd highly recommend this team.

We had Steve & Dillon & they worked fast & non stop for two hours loading all the contents of a three bedroom house & garage into a large penske truck. Their work ethic & packing skills are exceptional! Everything arrived at our destination three days later in perfect shape.

Workers were very slow. They did not put the boxes where I asked them to. Told me they would set my two beds up, they only set up one. Because they moved so slowly it ended up costing me for an extra hour. One of the workers even told my brother-in-law who has COPD that he should help them!!!! Why do they think I hired them in the first place???
Would not use them again...or at least not those two workers!!!
