The two men assigned to my move were great. They were on time, pleasant, courteous, and extremely hard-working. It was a brutally hot day, and they never seemed to tire or lose their happy mood. They asked questions about what I wanted and were careful with our belongings. I would definitely recommend them!

I hired Moving With Pride for 2 hours of work -3 employees for a 10am appointment. At 8am the morning of the job I received a call to see if we could move the appointment to 12. I agreed. At 1pm I received a call from the crew that they would be another hour.
They did not arrive until 330, essentially wasting my entire day. I will say the crew was extremely efficient, and professional at packing out a container.
What I did not appreciate was having to clean up my driveway of their food trash. After finishing the job the crew sat in their car in my driveway for 20 minutes eating food and then threw their Ruffles wrappers, bottles, etc under their car before driving off. Extremely unprofessional.
Getting in touch with management at MWP was extremely tough to coordinate during the day. Can’t say I’d recommend using them again.

The movers showed up late, carried a smell of smoke that they tried masking with cologne, and they used my expensive bed comforter as a sheet in the moving truck. I provided old bed and moving sheets for them to use. I had to light candles in every room of the new house due to the smell. Furniture was dropped and dresser drawer knobs were damaged. My old house had damage to the walls that I had to fix before move out. They also took their sweet time and went over by two hours which led to me helping get the couch in the new house.
They got my furniture to the new location so that’s my two stars.

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
