They showed up 90 minutes late. Started loading the pod without looking at all the items that needed to go in. Decided an hour in that my pod wasn’t big enough. I had to hire emergency help to re-pack and load (with plenty of space left over), and of course had to pay them as well as king and queens. Terrible experience.
